Kids Martial Arts
Kids Martial Arts classes have always been a popular sporting choice for both children and parents. Far from being a means to teach children how to fight, most styles of the sport have a strong focus on anti-bullying, self-defence, discipline, respect and core strength. Lessons aim to build on a child’s self-confidence, focus, fitness and defence skills in an environment that is fun but disciplined.
Self-defence and discipline
There are a number of different styles of martial arts to choose from. Whatever the discipline you choose though, be it Karate, Ninjitsu, Taekwondo or another, your child will have the opportunity to learn as an individual in a club environment.
