Taken straight from the pages of the popular children’s story book series of Peter Rabbit, the film focuses on Peter’s feud with Mr. McGregor as it escalates to greater heights than ever before as they rival for the affections of the warm-hearted animal lover who lives next door. Starring Rose Byrne, Domhnall Gleeson and Sam Neill as well as the voice of James Corden, Margo Robbie, Daisy Ridley and Elizabeth Debicki, Peter Rabbit is sure to entertainment the whole family, especially fans of the Peter Rabbit books!

A Wrinkle in Time

Disney’s newest movie release is an epic adventure tale based on the popular book by Madeleine L’Engle,  A Wrinkle in Time. The movie follows Meg Murry, a high school student that is transported through time and space with her brother Charles and friend Calvin in order to save her father from the evil forces that are holding him prisoner on another planet. Along the way they get help from the the three mysterious astral travelers known as Mrs. Whatsit, Mrs. Who and Mrs. Which, and learn about darkness verses light and ultimately the triumph of love.  Starring Oprah Winfrey, Reese Witherspoon, Mindy Kaling, Zach Galifianakis and Chris Pine, this movie is sure to have the whole family entertained with amazing special effects, costumes , scenery and a touch of Disney magic!

Early Man

Embark on a prehistoric adventure with Dug the caveman and his sidekick Hognob as they head from the Stone Age and tackle the Bronze Age head on.  Dug and his tribe unite against the Bronze age in order to beat them at their own game. Fans of Wallace and Grommit and Chicken Run will love this laugh out loud animated film by four-time Academy Award winning director Nick Park and Aardman, making it one of the must see movies these school holidays.

Sherlock Gnomes

It’s been quite a while since we have seen Gnomeo and Juliet on the big screen, but these school holidays they are returning with a big mystery to solve. Gnomeo and Juliette move to a new garden to live happily ever after, however, all the gnomes and ornaments in their new garden go missing so they call on Sherlock Gnomes to help find their friends.  As they go on an adventure into the great un-gnome, it seems to be one mishaps after another, but they still hold out hope that Sherlock Gnomes can crack the case, bring back their friends and make the garden safe again. Featuring the voices of  Emily Blunt, James McAvoy, Johnny Depp, Mary J Bligh and Michael Cane, Sherlock Gnomes, just like the original Gnomes movie, Sherlock Gnomes is full of lots of laughs, an awesome soundtrack and adventure the whole family will love!

A coming of age story for Brisbane Teens, Love Simon follows the story of Simon who is just like any another teenager except he has one big secret- nobody knows he is gay.  After a post online, Simon realises there is someone else at the school who is gay just like him and ends up falling for the anonymous classmate online.  Simon decides that he is done living in a world where nobody knows who he is and realises he deserves a great love story and someone to share it with. Resolving all his issues proves to be hilarious, terrifying and life changing. Love Simon will teach everyone to love honestly and  love completely and the importance of finding yourself.

Avengers: Infinity War
