Free library events for kids over the Easter holidays

There are so many amazing workshops and activities on offer at local libraries over the school holidays.  Below is a list of what you can find.  Some require bookings in advance and if you want to check out all the events and details on offer then you can need to head to the different council library websites and just do a search for the age/date/location

Free council events for kids and teens over the holidays

Similar to library events, councils all across the greater Brisbane area offer a range of free activities for kids and teens from kayaking and rock climbing to soccer and art.

• Logan City Council offer Krank – a school holiday program
• Brisbane City Council offer a similar program called Chillout
• Moreton Bay Regional Councils version is called Active Holiday Programs
• Redland City Council is just a calendar of holiday events

Brisbane Kids has an entire menu for free activities so just head to the main page of our website and access it via things to do. There is no need to spend a lot of money over the school holidays!
