Build confidence and fitness and have fun with Circa Classes.

Circa Classes offers a range of circus classes for children and young people aged 3—16 in two fantastic Brisbane studios.

Why Circa Classes?

Train where Circa’s world-renowned ensemble does. Circa Classes offers a range of weekly courses for children and young people at Brisbane Powerhouse and Judith Wright Arts Centre. Covering circus basics, ground acrobatics, aerials, creative development and physical fitness, as well as opportunities to join Circa’s elite youth ensemble, Circa Zoo, Circa Classes is where it’s at for learning new skills and putting them to the test!

Circa Classes’ unique blend of art and sport means young people develop a diverse range of social, physical and developmental benefits. Circus teaches young people how to navigate and respond intelligently to physical challenges, and by incorporating elements of drama, clowning, improvisation and choreography in Circa Classes, they’re able to grow their imagination, empathy, memory, emotional intelligence and communication skills.

The trainers were amazing at positively motivating the children at their individual ability levels. From my observation they lead by example and were talented at creating a cohesive, collaborative group atmosphere.” – Parent of a youth participant
