Teenagers and their Grandparents, Parents or Carers will love working together to make a perfect patch from recycled denim led by Jane Milburn of Textile Beat. Create your very own perfect patch to; give as a gift, add to clothing as a brooch, sew on to jeans, a pencil case or wherever you think a perfect patch will add your individual stamp to an object.
Inspired by Belinda Smith’s Blue Jean Sisters as part of A Fierce Hope, Slow Clothing Pioneer, Jane Milburn of Textile Beat will talk about the importance of reducing waste and supporting sustainable and ethical fashion practices.
