Make Your Own Outdoor Adventure Kit

July 1. 2019

10:00 am - 11:30 am Free
Kids go wild, Make Your Own Outdoor Adventure Kit, reverse garbage

Even in winter, holidays are best spent outdoors, so why not equip yourself for a holiday full of discovery and science?

In this workshop we will be helping you build a bug bucket or net out of salvaged materials, as well as the ultimate aviary for your mini beasts and insects. Our workshops use clean industrial discards to create amazing works of art.

Children will learn something new, think outside the box and take home a special creation they will love to play with through the holidays!

Join in the fun over the school holidays by getting out and getting wild in Ipswich! The program is filled with a range of fun activities that encourage kids to get involved in the local environment and learn about ways to become more sustainable. Activities are FREE but bookings are essential. View upcoming events or make your booking by visiting Ipswich City Council’s EnviroEd KGW Eventbrite page.
