Edible Insects Tasting Days
Are you brave enough to try eating insects? Sample a delicious cricket corn chip or a tasty roasted BBQ cricket! Packed with protein, essential vitamins and minerals, insects could be the key to our future of sustainable resources.
Surprise and delight your taste buds by becoming an entomophagist, or as they are more commonly known – an insect eater! Come along to any of the edible insect tasting days at Pine Rivers Heritage Museum, no bookings required.
While you are at the museum, check out Minibeasts, a hands-on temporary exhibition that highlights the spectacular realm of insects, and celebrates all things that creep, crawl, wriggle, squirm, buzz and flutter!
