Imaginary Theatre presents The Voice In The Walls as part of the Brisbane Festival program from 21st-25th September 2015.

The Voice In The Walls

The Voice In The Walls is a unique and interactive part game, part tour, part theatre performance designed specifically for Brisbane Kids aged 9-12 years. Wearing headphones, the audience will hear the voices of Victor and May, voices from the past who loiter in the walls of Old Government House. It is the audience’s job to listen carefully and do exactly as the voices say as they lead the listener through hidden spaces, twisted staircases and creaky floors in the supposedly haunted mansion.

This show, which combines technology, history and a little dose of spookiness, will provide a thrilling performance experience that will have Brisbane Kids totally enthralled and captivated as they make their way around Old Government House in a tour they will never forget.
