Boho Luxe Markets 2019
Boho Luxe Market Brisbane, Christmas Edition
Due to huge success of their debut Brisbane event in June, Boho Luxe Market and Boho Bride are back in Brisbane for a special Christmas event.
Held at The Old Museum in Bowen Hills, the Boho Luxe tribe is set to attract record crowds again with its famous bohemian festival atmosphere.
While the unique, hand-picked boho-luxe styled shopping is for sure a drawcard, it’s the atmosphere and all the magical things to do that have visitors coming back for more. The event is more than your regular market, it’s a place for people to wander, to stay a while, relax and catch up with friends or family.
Fairy Folk Byron Bay are all about blending mindfulness with the theme of magic, the fairies – Jennifer and Lydia create enchanting spaces for children to create eco-friendly craft and develop holistic wellbeing skills so the children can find their inner magic!
The event boasts free creative workshops including flower crown workshops by Fleetwood Fringe, a fashion show hosted by Wilde Willow, kids activities, henna tattoos, and crowd favourite Crystal Rose with their aura photography machine.
Incredible gift shopping
If you are really just in it for the shopping though, pack your reusable shopping bags, grab your keep cup and get ready to be wowed. The Boho Luxe team hand curate an electric mix of brands, designers, creatives and hand-maidens, local to the Brisbane area and wider region from Byron Bay to the Sunshine Coast. The market has a focus on sustainable and eco-friendly products and caters well to vegans.
There are even a handful of Melbourne’s exclusive favourite brands making the trip to meet lucky Brisbane-siders such as The Glitter Tribe, Eastern Eclectica, Sunsarra and Birds of a Feather. It really is an opportunity to shop exclusive brands unavailable in retail stores under one roof. Discover some new brands while you are at it and get all your Christmas shopping done in one hit while shopping small and local this Christmas. #Winning.
Amazing fresh foods
If your market experience revolves largely around food and drinks, then you are undoubtedly in good hands. The tribe ensure there is an extensive mix of fresh and delicious local foods, including vegan and dairy/gluten-free options, all whilst dining under the stars, in a wanderlust wedding-themed dining area, styled by wedding experts The Boho Sisters.
Boho Bride – Boho Luxe Market’s sister bohemian bridal event will also run alongside the market in December. An event for free-spirited brides and grooms, Boho Bride showcases a handpicked magical assortment of wedding vendors. Loved up couples can find their perfect celebrant and chat to Ceremona Weddings, lock in your florist, tick off shoes and accessories and let’s not forget the all-important bar – check out this cute vintage mobile bar from The Pickled Filly.
If you have ever been interested in a psychic reading, Queenslanders are in luck as Melbourne based Crystalignment will be making the trip to the sunshine state for Boho Luxe Market to conduct deeply insightful, fun, accurate 20-minute psychic readings for only $20 per reading.
