Bliss Balls | Nut free, gluten free, cane sugar free, dairy free
Ingredients for the Bliss Balls
½ cup sunflower seeds
½ cup pepitas
½ cup goji berries
½ cup sultanas (preservative free)
1/3 cup raw honey (or ½ cup dates, pitted, blended)
1 cup tahini
2 heaped tablespoons raw cacao or unsweetened cocoa powder
½ cup dried apricots (preservative free)
½ cup desiccated coconut (preservative free)
Sesame seeds lightly toasted in the oven for approx 5 minutes.
What to do
Blend the first 4 ingredients in a blender or food processor.
Add the remaining ingredients.
Mould into 20 small balls (or more for smaller balls).
Roll the balls in sesame seeds or extra desiccated coconut to prevent sticking.
Place in the fridge to set.
Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks or freeze.
