This is probably the easiest cupcake recipe in the world told to us by Nicole (a Brisbane Mum). It is her husbands Nan’s 1,1,2,3 recipe.
We tried it and our Brisbane Kids gave it a thumbs up so we thought we would share it with you!
1 cup of sugar
1 cup of cream
2 cups of SR flour
What you do
- Whip 1cup of sugar
- with 1cup of cream
- add 3 eggs
- and 2 cups of SR flour.
- Pop in cupcake wrappers and bake at 180 for 10-15 depending on size! – look for a slight springback and then let them cool before icing
